Diaspora: Episode 2

Almost a year after I first frolicked in the sandy shores of Dubai, well, here I go again, planning yet another diaspora to land full of splendid contradictions; of strikingly conservative culture yet thriving in glaring taste for fashion and entertainment; of mosques and intricately designed buildings to towers of glass and steel and soaring skyscrapers; of traditionally opulent and discreet people to a new bunch of multi-racial and vibrant populace. That what Dubai is today, but its not why I am coming back.
